KU KLUX FRANKENSTEIN

Melbourne gothic rock band formed around the early 80s. In 1984 they held the #1 position on 3PBS-FM for two months with a demo ''Baby You Light Up My Cigarette''. The band then released a self-titled EP in 1985 on the Crash label through Monash Records. They toured Sydney and Adelaide. In 1986 the band morphed into Fire when they signed with Cleopatra Records. They released an album 'A Frame Of Purple Roses' and a three-track single. Lindsay Brunsdon would later join Charlie Marshall and the Body Electric in the early 90s.
