THE CHINLESS ELITE

The Chinless Elite was a short-lived band formed by Jeremy Oxley following the breakup of legendary Sydney power pop band, The Sunnyboys. The lineup was Luke Bendt on drums, Mark Fuccilli on sax (ex-Big 5, Allniters), Sean McElvogue on trumpet and sax (ex-Big 5), Marcus Phelan on guitar (ex-Allniters, Hoi Polloi) and John Schofield on bass (ex-Paul Kelly and the Coloured Girls). The Chinless Elite released a five-track mini album 'Est Jest A Tastor' and a single, "I Got To Get to California / I Heard it on the Grapevine", on the Big Time label, in 1985.
