Formerly known as Portrait that changed its name to Squeeze in 1976. The band cut a few singles on the Laser label including its debut album 'The Squeeze is On!' in 1977. All were well received and achieved impressive sales, particularly in Germany and the Scandinavian countries. They disbanded in the late 70s. Robin Sinclair died in 2022.

Please get the history right. The late Robin Sinclair joined the Band Portrait in 1975.. I was the leader of the band. I changed the name to Squeeze in 1976. I was at all times the leader and registered owner of Squeeze. To the best of my knowledge, the island cruising Robin is referring to in your article is that which he undertook with Squeeze.
