THE TRIPPS

The Tripps was three-piece from Sydney. They formed in 1986 and lasted only a short while. Their first release in 1986 was a two song 7″ record ''Sometime Today / It's like a Zoo'' on the well-known Waterfront label. Sales weren’t too good, and that’s why they moved to a smaller label. They recorded a 12″ called 'Never the Twain' in 1987 on Strand Records. Their final release was ''Ship's Cat (No One's Coming Back) / Green Bottle'' in the same year.
