CONTRAPUNCTUS



An Adelaide band active from 1984 through to 1992. They played raw garage rock. The original line up consisted of David Stokes on guitar, Stuart Oliver on drums and Chris Carr on vocals. In 1989 they released their first and only album titled 'Gone' on the Greasy Pop label . Their song ''Two Legs'' was included on Greasy Pop's - 'Oasis 2: The 1988 Greasy Pop Compilation of Adelaide Bands'. In 1989 Californian label, Sympathy for the Record Industry, released their EP 'Two Legs'. In 1990 the same label released the single ''Burning''.
