Jamie Mahar was a 60s performer who sang on Bandstand. He signed with the Leedon label and released his first single ''I Wouldn't Have It Any Other Way / Slippin' And Slidin''' (which was also released on Warner Bros in the USA), followed by ''Some Things Are Better Left Unsaid / Boom Boom, Baby'' both in 1964. Mahar then signed with RCA and released a couple of singles that didn't chart. He supported British singer Julie Rogers on her 1965 tour. He died in 2004.
