An influential punk/melodic hardcore band emerged from Melbourne in the early ’90s, originally called Downfall before changing their name to One Inch Punch. They put out two studio albums, 'Lost In What We Lack' (1995) and 'Ignorant Bliss' (1996). Though they never achieved commercial success, they earned international recognition as Australia’s best punk band at the time, winning over the hearts of dedicated punk fans. After discovering another band shared the name One Inch Punch, they renamed themselves in 1997 after one of their songs, ''Mid Youth Crisis''. The group disbanded in 1998. In 1999, Adrian Lombardi went on to form the rock band Blue Ruin. 'Lost In What We Lack' was re-released in 2013 through Midnight Funeral Records.

Such an underrated band on the global stage. Fast, technical, catchy and a vocal that is truly unique. Songs that are memorable and capture the 90s pink scene and would still be relevant today. Australian talent right there.
