This all-star trio (not to be confused with the New Zealand band of the same name) Tadpole only had one hit, the poppy little track, "Throw A Little Lovin' My Way" which was released in January 1971. The band consisted of Buddy England (vocals/guitar), Ian Turpie (vocals/guitar) and Richard Wright (drums ex Groop). This same lineup also recorded as Love Story which had a hit with ''Neanderthal Man'' in the same year. Ian Turpie died in 2012. Richard Wright died in 2020.

Never knew who the trio was until today. Catchy song. Now I know who performed it.
