THE BROTHERS GRIMM

Canberra band, The Brothers Grimm was formed in 1965. The band cut a demo disc at local radio station 2CA and sent it to EMI in Sydney. Impressed with what they heard they signed them to a one-year recording contract. They released two singles on the HMV label, "Beautiful Delilah / Happiness Street " and "You Were The One / All My Dreams Come True". The three originals were penned by their manager, Mike Morley, "Beautiful Delilah" being a Chuck Berry cover (also done by The Kinks). Ian Winter would later join Carson. He died in 2004.
